A SINGLE THOUGHT
Seeking God First! - Matthew 6:33 tells us "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."
As a single women, do we seek God first or are we seeking the job, a date on a Saturday night, or friends and activities to fill up our day because we are afraid to be alone? The Bible tells us that if we seek God first, all things will be added -- needs, desires, dreams, and fulfillment. We have to watch that we are not out of order. Is the main focus getting a husband or is it seeking God's guidance and will in our lives? When a void is there, are we turning to other things -- relationships, shopping, activities -- to fill that void instead of turning 1st to God?
If you are, stop and ask God for forgiveness and start over - dedicating each day to seeking His Face first thing when you wake up. I guarantee you that a more peaceful existence will occur as as result.
