¤ about us

    PREVENTION IS OUR #1 GOAL!
WITT, Inc. is a 501(c)3 faith-based non-profit organization. Like many things in life, this organization began with one concept and evolved into another. We started with a re-entry program for ex-offenders and realized that if there was a prevention program in place during their youth many of our participants would have never experienced prison or incarceration.

With this discovery, we developed several programs that will meet the primary needs. We have an experienced staff on hand to help lead these programs.

MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR/FOUNDER

  • As a wife and mother of three sons, I am very aware of the unique problems facing men and women in the honored place of parenting. Parenting is a high calling that can be most satisfying and rewarding along with great responsibilities. It also involves extremely difficult, trying, and disappointing experiences as well. This can and will put a strain on the family unit. Faith and patience are the conquering graces that we need to cultivate and keep in our daily exercise as we model and nurture the precious lives God has placed in our care. «Click Here for More

MISSION STATEMENT

  • From person to person - hand to hand - Christian love is transmitted through our lives giving hope and building healthy relationships to willing vessels.

VISION STATEMENT

  • WITT, Inc. is dedicated to create awareness, generate opportunities and hope for the hopeless. We will focus on continuous improvement by collaborating, identifying, adopting and implementing best practices where appropriate. We will strive to re-create a positive perception of the Wo-Men and Youth making transitions to reach and obtain their goals and successes.

PHILOSOPHY

  • Our clients have great personal endowment, "Life's Experiences", and have unlimited potential to learn and grow. Our clients may have done bad things, but are not intrinsically bad. This simple yet profound statement, although not diminishing accountability, puts behavior in it environmental context.

MANDATES

  • Change behavior and attitudes from one of discouragement and failure to hope and success. Develop vocational life skills that will help sustain this change.
